BASIC CLEAN

HOUSE KEEPING
Cleaning bathrooms, wiping down kitchen, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors.
One detailed clean will be required as an initial clean before basic cleaning is available on a regular basis.
Maximum 2 hours small-medium home or 3-4 hours for large homes.
Basic clean plus deeper cleaning of bathrooms to remove mildew / soap scum build ups, cleaning of baseboards, window sills, extra cleaning to remove built up grime, dust and cobwebs throughout and thorough cleaning of kitchen to remove grease build up.
Maximum 4 hours for small-medium home or 6 hours for large home.
Basic clean plus miscellaneous household duties such as washing, drying and folding laundry, dishes, changing sheets on beds, cooking and general maintenance and organizing.
Hourly rate, to be agreed.
